We are experienced in managing surges in customers during high footfall events.  We plan against this through understanding the customer base, queue calming techniques, fast pour equipment, effective bar design and staffing and solid liaison with security and event management teams. 

We pride ourselves in having an amazing network of independent brewers and artisan makers which means we always curate drinks menus that stand out and bring something rather special to our customers.  We can run meet the brewer and tasting sessions to bring further value to your customers.

We can manage everything end-to-end so you can focus on your event. Our services include venue design and theming, licensing, sponsorship and brand activation, install and breakdown, stock control, full on site management, friendly staffing and cash handling.  We own our own equipment including an integrated epos till system which means we can take card payments as well as provide robust financial reporting.

We are experienced in managing drinks sponsorship.  We are happy to seek the right new fit and sell in the opportunity or manage existing sponsorship through stock management, brand activation, pouring rights and reporting.  We have worked with big brands such as Diageo through to small independent breweries.

We would be honoured to share your special day.  We can create a bespoke bar, lovingly crafted to deliver against your desires.  Got a favourite craft gin you’d love to have, or a favourite beer you’d like on draft, we can track it down for you to curate the perfect menu.  We can work within your theme to ensure the bar looks as you want it to and we are happy to serve reception drinks and supply table wine.  We can provide cash & card bars or pre-paid free bars. want.
